Notes:-
1£© Only one person from each company is entitled to the Buyer Travel Incentive
2£© Hotel accommodation will be arranged by Shanghaimart at the designated hotel.
3£© Buyers will be given hotel accommodation voucher to claim for night stay during check-out
4£© Shuttle bus service will be available from hotel to ShanghaiMart
5£© VIP buyers program (VIP Buyers are categorized from a 2-star buyer to a 5-star buyer):-
a) In order for buyer to become our VIP Buyer, a minimum of 2-star must be achieved.
b) Each year of attendance at fair will allow buyer for an upgrade of 1-star (to a maximum of 5-star). However, each year of absence from fair will result in the downgrade of 1-star
c) Buyers with purchase order contract value of over USD50,000 at Shanghaimart trade fair per year will
entitled to an upgrade of an additional 1-star per year
d) Every star upgrade will raise the buyer allowance incentive by 20%. (starting from 2-star onwards)
e.g. - Incentive base point increment for 2-star buyers will be 1+ 0.2 = 1.2
- Incentive base point increment for 3-star buyers will be 1+ 0.4 = 1.4
e) VIP Buyers are entitled to the use of internet service and refreshment at the Buyers’ Lounge in the trade fair
f) 5-star buyers are entitled to hotel accommodation upgrade to a 5-star hotel or equivalent |
